About Us - Driven by Aviation and Education
Lionheart Aviation Services launched in October 2022 in Northern Virginia with our inaugural aircraft leasing and flight school partnership. Since our founding, we have strategically expanded our leasing fleet, cultivated new partnerships with affiliate aviation training centers, welcomed private investors, and acquired our first collection of FAA-certified simulators.
Our family-founded heritage defines our approach to business, ensuring we bring personal care and genuine commitment to every professional relationship. Under the leadership of our founder and CEO, Patrick Hampel—an Air Force combat veteran, second-generation flight instructor, Airline Transport Pilot, and MBA holder—we understand the critical importance of hands-on learning in aviation education.
